Payment Methods and Cancellation
For the time being, we accept payments via Philippine e-wallet provider GCash, bank transfers to our Bank of the Philippines (BPI) account, and cash on delivery (COD) for selected areas covered by our logistics partner. Please rest assured that we are working on incorporating other payment methods and with full automation. We shall implement this as soon as we could.
GCash payment and bank transfers will require us to do manual checks to confirm successful payment, while some COD transactions may require area coverage confirmation after order placement; but we assure our buyers that these will be done within 1-2 banking days and we will reach out via email correspondence during this time period.
Once your order is placed and payment successfully confirmed, it immediately enters our shipping cycle. For this reason, orders cannot be changed once they are placed. Please verify all information before you submit your order. If you would like to place a second order that references to the first order, that is acceptable.
Should a buyer wish to cancel their order, they may send us a request via email at webstore@rainboxwipers.com to provide us with the corresponding Order Number and Contact Details. One of our representatives shall get in touch with the buyer to discuss the matter and next steps. All approved refunds can only be processed either via bank transfer or via GCash.
Please note that once items are already tagged as “shipped” during the time of request, we will not be able to refund shipping fee costs.
Shipping Process
Standard Shipping for orders usually arrive in 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday) from when your order was placed. If your estimated arrival date lands on a non-business day, then it will be delivered the next business day. Expected arrival dates assume that your order is approved the same day the order was placed. If your order is delayed for reasons that include payment verification, your arrival date will be changed as well. For example, if your order is delayed 1 day to verify payment, then your arrival date will also change by 1 day.
Rainbox Wipers PH promises to have your package in the hands of our partner courier for delivery within 2 business days upon confirmation of payment, but cannot be held liable for any circumstance the courier might encounter after that point that may lead to any delay of delivery for your order.
The customer understands and agrees that Rainbox Wipers PH is not liable for any delay on the part of our shipper after the order has been picked up and scanned from our shipping facility, but we will do our best to assist in whatever capacity we could.
