All of our products are offered with Rainbox Wipers’ guarantee of quality workmanship.
However, in special cases wherein merchandise need to be replaced or exchanged, the buyer must first contact us via email at webstore@rainboxwipers.com prior to any action for proper documentation purposes and for issuance of a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Please note that an unboxing video from the package’s sealed state, then showing the reported product issue/s must be sent over. Any extra pictures the buyer wants to send to display the item/s unopened state and reported issue/s may also be sent as supporting files. We strictly implement a “No Unboxing Video, No Return/Exchange” policy to prevent from abuse.
For any item/s requested to be returned or exchanged, the following classifications and conditions apply:
- WRONG ITEM SENT – including wrong size or completely different item sent by vendor are qualified for straight item exchange provided that the said “wrong item“ remains unopened and original shipping packaging are shipped back within three (3) working days from issuance of RAN
- FACTORY DEFECTIVE ITEM – these are items classified as those with existing major defect/s on quality prior to first use. This may include significantly deformed frames, missing parts, unattached squeegee, etc. These items must be sent back within three (3) working days from issuance of RAN for our investigation. Once approved, the buyer will be entitled to a straight item exchange or a full refund
- WRONG SIZE AFTER INSTALLATION – Rainbox Wipers PH products follow global standrds in terms of wiper blade measurements. We cannot control size selection done by the buyer, which is dependent on individual vehicle make and model. We strongly advise buyers to check the correct wiper blade size/s and adapter from their vehicle’s owner’s manual. In the event that the correct item/size is shipped, but the buyer requests for replacement, we would respectfully disallow this once the original packaging is already open
- FREIGHT DAMAGE – Rainbox Wipers PH will provide necessary means within its control for customer orders to be well protected such as bubble-wrapping and stiff shipping box. However, we cannot accept damages brought about by shipping and handling by our logistics. In this instance, a freight damage claim should be filed with the corresponding logistics company
All online purchases for return will require a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from Rainbox Wipers PH. Any product returned to our office without this number clearly indicated on a sheet outside of the package will be refused and shipped back to the sender.

Rainbox Wipers PH assumes no liability for damage and/or injury resulting from the use of any products supplied by this company. While we produce our items in accordance to global standards, we cannot make any guarantee that these products will completely conform with every vehicle owner’s needs regardless of the current state of their vehicle (includes, but not limited to: windshield, wiper motor, wiper arm, wiper arm connector, etc.). Our products are not toys and should not be used by minors without the guidance of their parents, guardians and other responsible adults. All prices and policies are subject for review and change without notice.
